Performance Management

This bespoke HR training course will help you to deal with underperformance, roles and responsibilities, the law and the skills associated with getting an employee back on track.

By the end of this session, you will be able to:

  • Fact find and establish reasons for underperformance

  • Demonstrate the skills associated with getting an employee back on track (coaching, setting objectives, listening, managing conflict, having difficult conversations)

  • Follow up on information obtained within the investigatory interviews

  • Understand the impact and consequences of poorly conducted investigations

Disciplinaries and Dismissals

This bespoke HR training course will define your purpose as a manager in disciplinary situations. It includes defining the procedures, law and the skills associated with delivering the processes effectively. However, please be aware you have must have previously attended the Conducting Effective Investigations course.
