Performance Management

This bespoke HR training course will help you to deal with underperformance, roles and responsibilities, the law and the skills associated with getting an employee back on track.

  • Follow up on information obtained within the investigatory interviews

This bespoke HR training course will define your purpose as a manager in disciplinary situations.
